Recruitment Campaigns and Talent Attraction Lead

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive our recruitment campaigns and talent attraction strategy. The role will shape employer branding, optimise sourcing channels and enhance the candidate experience across all touch‑points.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruitment, marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent employer branding across career sites, social media and campaign materials.
• Develop and promote branding strategies that showcase company culture, values and employee experience to diverse talent pools.
• Optimise recruitment marketing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms and talent communities, and manage relationships with external partners.
• Design targeted campaigns for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles, supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives through tailored outreach.
• Lead candidate communication strategies, ensuring clear, inclusive and brand‑aligned messaging throughout the recruitment journey.
• Use data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and continuously improve talent acquisition outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading recruitment marketing, employer branding or talent acquisition initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent storytelling, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and reporting.
