Project Manager - Business Project and Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage projects and initiatives within the Transaction Banking Group (TBG). The role will oversee projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Gather detailed requirements, secure consensus and develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timeline, resources and budget.
• Manage business cases, key requirements and critical success factors.
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Handle changing project requirements, risks and issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular status updates and facilitating meetings.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on BSP policies, MORB regulations and the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, planning, scope, resource/budget and risk management.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA.
