Project-based Junior Recruiter (up to 1 year experience)

About the role

Network Solutions is seeking a project‑based Recruiter to support its talent acquisition efforts. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who want to gain hands‑on experience in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other talent platforms.
• Write and post job advertisements that reflect the Newfold employer brand.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, handling confirmations and logistics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Assist with pre‑screening assessments, consolidate interviewer feedback, and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Support offer preparation, background checks, and pre‑onboarding documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and weekly status reports.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or early‑career professional with up to 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or administration.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open roles.
• Clear, professional communicator, both written and verbal.
