Production Operator – Replacement for Fall Out

About the role

STMicroelectronics is seeking a reliable Production Operator to replace a fall‑out operator on the manufacturing floor. The role involves operating assigned machines, following established procedures, and contributing to a safe, high‑quality production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines following the man‑to‑machine ratio and detailed work instructions.
• Perform basic production tasks and support non‑machine activities as required.
• Complete daily quality checklists and adhere to all quality standards and procedures.
• Record production transactions, complete log sheets, and report any abnormalities or improvement suggestions.
• Follow safety, health, environmental, and housekeeping rules in the work area.
