Marketing Manager – Luxury Villa Rentals

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing strategy for a luxury villa rental and management company. This role focuses on positioning the brand as the premier choice for discerning travelers seeking exclusivity, privacy, and world‑class service.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
• Analyze market trends, guest behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee brand identity across all touchpoints and create high‑quality visual and editorial content.
• Lead demand‑generation across SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, influencer collaborations, retargeting, content marketing, email automation, and affiliate partnerships.
• Use data analytics and performance dashboards to evaluate ROI and optimise campaigns.
• Develop partnerships with luxury lifestyle brands, concierge services, travel designers, and UHNW networks.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team and collaborate with operations for seamless execution.
• Help manage the marketing budget to maximise efficiency and returns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within hospitality, luxury travel or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to drive ROI through paid media, direct‑booking strategies and strategic partnerships.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship‑management skills.
