Paid Ads Specialist – Paid Media Campaign Manager

About the role

The Paid Ads Specialist will design, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms. The role focuses on driving qualified leads, sales and improving return on ad spend while supporting overall marketing growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and additional platforms.
• Monitor daily performance, adjust bids, budgets and targeting to meet objectives.
• Analyse data to improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Scale winning campaigns and troubleshoot under‑performing ones.
• Research and build target, retargeting and look‑alike audiences.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators and marketing teams for ad assets.
• Track, report and provide insights using analytics tools, pixels and attribution setups.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in paid advertising or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing and optimising campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid social advertising.
• Experience with Google Ads is preferred; e‑commerce or lead‑generation background a plus.
