Marketing Manager – Healthcare & Wellness

About the role

The client is a portfolio of three doctor‑led healthcare and wellness businesses seeking a self‑driven Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end marketing across all brands. You will design, launch and optimise campaigns that drive patient acquisition, supplement sales and brand authority while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy and monthly calendar for three brands.
• Build, launch and manage multi‑channel campaigns on Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads and other platforms.
• Set up audience targeting, conversion tracking, pixel implementation and budget pacing.
• Create landing pages, lead funnels and retargeting flows, monitoring performance and scaling successful ads.
• Oversee social media content, write copy, ad hooks and promotional messaging.
• Analyse campaign data, generate reports and continuously optimise for ROI.

Required profile

• Highly independent professional comfortable taking full ownership of marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing and compliance requirements in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate exclusively in English during work hours.
