About the role
Join iOPEX as a Local Customer Service Representative and provide top‑notch support to healthcare customers through email, chat, and web forms. No prior experience is required – we welcome enthusiastic high‑school graduates ready to start their career.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via non‑voice channels (email, chat, web forms).
- Respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Assist customers with benefit verification, claims processing, and account management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions.
Required profile
- Senior High School or equivalent graduate with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
- Ability to work shifting schedules.
