Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via non‑voice channels (email, chat, web forms).
• Respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Assist customers with benefit verification, claims processing, and account management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions.

Required profile

• Senior High School or equivalent graduate with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
• Ability to work shifting schedules.
