About the role
The Hybrid Senior Personal Executive Assistant will support a high‑profile client and her family by managing personal, household, and lifestyle needs. Working primarily in a dayshift, the role blends on‑site coordination with remote administrative tasks to ensure a smooth, well‑organized home environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain multiple family calendars, balancing personal and professional commitments.
- Manage household staff, oversee personal procurement, and handle day‑to‑day administrative duties.
- Plan, organize, and execute domestic and international travel, including itineraries, bookings, and last‑minute changes.
- Assist with event planning for family gatherings, social functions, and special occasions.
- Support the client’s projects, providing research, documentation, and follow‑up.
- Handle expense reporting, accounts payable, and basic financial administration.
- Facilitate children’s education communications, extracurricular activities, and health‑wellness appointments.
Required profile
- High school diploma or higher.
- Minimum 12 months of personal assistance experience with a proven track record.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, dynamic schedules.
- Experience in accounts or administrative duties is preferred.
- Background in family‑office support, event management, travel coordination, or children’s activity support is a plus.
