About the role
We are looking for a remote Scheduler with QA experience to keep home‑care operations running smoothly. You will manage caregiver schedules for a U.S. home‑care client, ensuring seniors receive reliable, compassionate care.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain up‑to‑date caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
- Respond quickly to shift cancellations or no‑shows and arrange replacements.
- Answer calls from clients and caregivers using a VoIP system.
- Update records and case notes in the WellSky platform (training provided).
- Collaborate with the operations team to flag staffing issues and keep coverage seamless.
- Conduct regular caregiver check‑ins and generate weekly staffing reports for leadership.
- Assist with light recruitment and administrative tasks during slower periods.
Required profile
- Previous experience in scheduling, preferably in healthcare or home‑care settings.
- Calm under pressure with strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to support both caregivers and clients.
Required skills
- Proficiency with VoIP phone systems.
- Experience using the WellSky scheduling/record‑keeping platform.
