About the role
The HR Operations Assistant Manager will lead the Human Resources & Administration Department, ensuring smooth weekly hiring processes and supporting the growth of our construction business. This role combines strategic HR development with day‑to‑day operational oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and continuously improve the HR & Administration function.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, placement, and onboarding of new staff.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
- Handle employee relations, training, development, and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and all relevant labor regulations.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and maintain accurate HR records.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of managerial experience, preferably in the construction sector.
- Proven ability to manage large‑scale manpower operations.
- Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and start immediately.
- Residence near Quezon City.
Required skills
- Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance procedures.
