Head of Recruitment – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

Remotee is launching Recruit Sync, an offshore recruitment staffing business serving Australian agencies. We are seeking an experienced Head of Recruitment based in the Philippines to lead talent acquisition for recruitment‑specific roles and drive the onboarding of Hume Scope training.

Key responsibilities

• Source, headhunt, screen and build talent pools of recruiters, coordinators, resourcers and support staff across the Philippines.
• Manage end‑to‑end candidate journeys, from interview coordination to placement in Australian agencies.
• Oversee client‑facing activities such as calibration calls, onboarding sessions and regular stakeholder updates.
• Lead a team of recruiters and support staff, setting performance targets and monitoring progress.
• Deploy and administer Hume Scope training programmes, ensuring new hires meet certification standards.
• Track KPIs, generate reports and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience hiring for clients in Australia, the UK or the US.
• 2+ years of client‑management experience across the same regions.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters or recruitment support staff.
• 1+ year of experience delivering or supporting recruitment training programmes.
• Proven track record recruiting within the recruitment industry itself.
• Strong sourcing ability across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and referrals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to juggle multiple live roles in a KPI‑driven environment.
