About the role
The HR Officer will support the organization by managing core human‑resource processes, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. This role works closely with both staff and management to uphold HR standards and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Resolve employee relations issues promptly and fairly.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Proactive attitude and strong problem‑solving skills in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
