HR Generalist – Employee Relations

About the role

TaskUs is looking for an HR Generalist to lead employee and labor relations across its fast‑growing BPO operations. You will be the primary point of contact for handling investigations, grievances, and policy communication, ensuring compliance with the company’s code of conduct.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate NTE (Notice to Explain) cases.
• Conduct initial investigations, administrative hearings, and provide recommendations for decisions.
• Ensure decisions align with the company’s code of conduct and legal requirements.
• Manage DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) cases and maintain accurate data records.
• Act as advisor to stakeholders on all people‑related issues.
• Facilitate focus group discussions (FGDs) and policy roadshows.
• Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Strong background in employee and labor relations.
• Excellent analytical abilities and independent work style.
• Willingness to work onsite with night‑shift or rotating schedules.
