About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to manage daily household operations and personal affairs for a family residing in Japan. The role combines traditional executive support with comprehensive household management, ensuring a smooth and comfortable home environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily household operations, including cleaning, supplies replenishment, and coordination of household activities.
- Manage family calendars, appointments, and social engagements, providing reminders and updates.
- Plan and execute private events, dinners, and social gatherings, handling invitations, vendors, and on‑site support.
- Maintain vehicle upkeep, scheduling servicing, cleaning, and repairs.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.
- Supervise household staff such as helpers, nannies, and babysitters, and liaise with external service providers.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in household management.
- Living experience in Japan is strongly preferred; candidates from Taiwan or Hong Kong are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Japanese culture, lifestyle practices, and basic local regulations.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Japanese.

- Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
