Cashier / Server

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Cashier/Server to join our team in Alabang. The successful candidate will provide prompt, courteous service to guests while accurately handling all cash and transaction processes.

Key responsibilities

• Promote products, give recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle all cash, checks, credit cards and gift certificates, depositing collections the next banking day.
• Prepare daily cashier reports and manage the petty‑cash fund, including replenishment.
• Maintain accurate pricing, apply discounts and promotions according to policy.
• Coordinate with the store supervisor/manager on reservations and inquiries.
• Monitor the dining area for shoplifting or suspicious activity.
• Ensure cash‑register equipment, monitors and money testers are in good working order.
• Keep the work area clean, orderly and compliant with safety regulations.
• Wear a clean, ironed uniform with name plate at all times.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar cashier or server role.
• Willingness to be assigned to the Alabang location.
• Able to start immediately and meet all employment requirements.

Required skills

• POS/cash‑register operation.
• Credit‑card and gift‑certificate processing.
• Petty‑cash management and reconciliation.
• Basic accounting for daily cash reports.
