About the role
The Business Development Expert will drive revenue growth for Globe by identifying, acquiring, and engaging new accounts and partners across the region. This role focuses on building strong relationships, ensuring wide distribution, and overseeing sales operations to generate incremental revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Execute programs and strategic initiatives to meet area revenue targets.
- Identify, acquire, and engage new accounts and partnership opportunities.
- Build and sustain relationships with retailers, Tiangge operators, local government units, barangays, and schools.
- Oversee sales operations across multiple channels to ensure effective distribution.
- Monitor and ensure proper implementation of projects and programs aimed at revenue growth.
Required profile
- Proven experience in executing business development programs and achieving revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and manage new accounts and partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of sales operations and channel management.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders such as retailers, local government units, and educational institutions.
