Business Development Officer

About the role

Envi-comm Corporation is seeking a proactive Business Development Officer to drive growth of its environmental services portfolio. You will identify new market opportunities, build relationships with corporate and government clients, and secure contracts that advance the company’s climate‑technology mission.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients across corporate, government, contractor, and industrial segments.
• Generate leads, develop business opportunities, and prepare compelling proposals.
• Conduct client presentations and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts to foster repeat business.
• Travel to client sites and meetings as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling services or high‑value solutions with a strong closing record.
• Professional, articulate communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Self‑directed, motivated to pursue leads without supervision.
• Commission‑driven mindset with a results‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn the environmental industry and represent it authoritatively.
