Brand Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Brand Marketing Specialist will join Toyota Motor Philippines’ Marketing Services Department in Makati City, driving brand and marketing communications, managing campaigns and events, and supporting partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multichannel brand and product marketing strategies while adhering to official Toyota brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with Digital, PR and Promotions teams to cascade the overall marketing strategy.
• Plan, organise and oversee media engagements, public events and stakeholder activations, handling issues and preparing post‑event evaluation reports.
• Prepare realistic advertising and promotional budgets, monitor spend, and implement cost‑optimisation measures.
• Create advertisement materials and activations for Toyota models, working closely with creative agencies to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Manage traditional and digital model assets, keeping them up‑to‑date and correctly utilised.
• Identify, negotiate and execute brand partnership opportunities that align with Toyota’s positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or Advertising.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in brand marketing, communications or related fields.
• Proven ability to think creatively and apply strategic marketing concepts.
• Experience in project management and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid foundation in market and brand analysis, advertising development and events management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to persuade key stakeholders.
• Interest or knowledge of the automotive sector is a plus; a valid driver’s licence is desirable.
