Attraction Operator – Guest Safety & Operations

About the role

The Attraction Operator ensures the safety and enjoyment of guests using hotel attractions. You will conduct pre‑opening inspections, enforce safety protocols, and operate rides according to established Standard Operating Procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑opening checks of queues, platforms, entrances, exits and trash removal.
• Verify and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any issues.
• Communicate safety instructions and announcements clearly to guests.
• Operate only attractions for which you are trained and certified, following SOPs without deviation.
• Monitor rides continuously, ready to stop or shut down operations if a problem arises.
• Provide first‑aid assistance and coordinate emergency response when needed.
• Screen guests for physical suitability, manage guest flow, and assist frightened guests safely.
• Execute evacuation procedures using stairs, ladders, platforms or height‑access equipment.
• Adhere to hotel policies on fire safety, hygiene, health, and personal grooming.

Required profile

• College degree or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a PNR Red CPR certification for professional rescuers.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with a pleasant personality.

Required skills

• CPR certification (PNR Red).
