About the role
The Front Office Supervisor will lead the front desk team at Shangri‑La The Fort, Manila, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient daily operations. This position plays a pivotal role in upholding the hotel’s high service standards and driving revenue through strategic upselling.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all front office activities to guarantee smooth and efficient operations at all times.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate service associates in their daily tasks.
- Upsell rooms and ancillary services to meet guests’ needs and maximize revenue.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
Required profile
- College graduate, preferably with a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant front office or supervisory experience in a hotel setting.
- Fluent written and spoken English; proficiency in the local language is a plus.
- Passionate about hospitality, with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
