Appointment Setter – Instagram Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, high‑energy Appointment Setter to drive lead generation for a premium photo‑booth service. The role focuses on Instagram direct‑message outreach, engaging new followers and converting inquiries into booked events.

Key responsibilities

• Send 80–120 Instagram DMs per day to local leads and new followers.
• Qualify inbound and outbound prospects to determine fit for our services.
• Guide conversations toward confirmed bookings, targeting at least 10 events per month.
• Maintain a rigorous follow‑up schedule with warm leads.
• Collaborate daily with the owner on messaging strategy, script adjustments, and KPI reporting.
• Update CRM/lead‑tracking tools in real time.

Required profile

• Exceptional written English fluency.
• Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or DM‑based sales.
• Tech‑savvy with a reliable high‑speed internet connection and backup solutions.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
