About the role

The Business Solutions Customer Service Associate/Officer provides after‑sales support for GTB e‑channel services, assisting corporate clients through phone, email, and onsite visits. The role serves as the primary contact point for RCBC corporate customers, ensuring smooth implementation and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and monitor inbound phone calls and emails from internal and external customers promptly.
• Ensure products and programs are implemented thoroughly to meet client expectations.
• Provide guidance to GTB clients via phone, email, or online assistance as part of after‑sales service.
• Support GTB projects and deals that require e‑channel platform customization.
• Develop and enhance online infrastructure to track ageing and fulfillment of communications.
• Monitor and analyze turnaround times for enrollments, servicing, and investigation items.
• Review product/service volumes and revenues to inform business strategies.
• Design, develop, test, and launch online cash‑management channel products when needed.
• Perform enrollment and administration set‑up for customer e‑channel platforms.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by GTB Business and Group Heads.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of IT applications related to system customization and interface development.
• Experience in product development or marketing within the banking or business sector is advantageous.
