USRN Operational Trainer

About the role

The USRN Operational Trainer will design, develop and deliver training programs for U.S.-based clinical and operational processes, ensuring new hires and existing team members are equipped with current workflows, policies and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver instructor‑led and floor‑based training sessions.
• Facilitate classroom training, side‑by‑side coaching and provide real‑time feedback.
• Assess training needs, maintain up‑to‑date training materials and curricula.
• Collaborate with operations leaders, quality teams and subject‑matter experts to align training with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Track trainee progress, report outcomes and recommend process or curriculum improvements based on data and feedback.
• Model professional clinical communication and support a culture of continuous learning.

Required profile

• Active and unrestricted US Registered Nurse (USRN) license.
• Strong clinical background, preferably in utilization management, case management or disease management.
• Proven experience in training, facilitation or education, delivering instructor‑led sessions and coaching on the floor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and documentation abilities to interpret performance metrics and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work on‑site in Manila, adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple training classes simultaneously.
• Experience in BPO, shared services or a global delivery environment.
