US Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced US Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Taguig, Philippines. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across Engineering, Scientific, and IT domains for our US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, networking sites, referrals, and internet‑based recruiting tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing priorities and hiring needs.
• Submit qualified candidate profiles within defined timelines and manage multiple open requisitions.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Recruit for engineering, scientific, and IT roles at various experience levels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of W2 candidates for current and future openings.
• Negotiate compensation packages and finalize candidate rates/salaries.
• Maintain recruitment databases, records, and hiring metrics.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of US recruitment experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering, scientific, and IT recruitment processes.
• Hands‑on experience working with W2 candidates.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage high‑volume recruitment, and work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
