US Registered Nurse (RN) – Telehealth Psychiatric Support

About the role

We are seeking a US‑licensed Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality psychiatric care in a telehealth setting. You will support patients remotely, monitor treatment progress, and coordinate with prescribing providers to ensure safe and effective care.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging patient inquiries via the Kustomer inbox, addressing medication side effects, dosing concerns, and symptom changes.
• Administering and interpreting standardized psychiatric assessments such as PHQ‑9, GAD‑7, PCL‑5, AUDIT, DAST, and C‑SSRS.
• Providing medication guidance within RN scope, including side‑effect education and titration schedules.
• Monitoring treatment plan adherence, identifying patients at risk, and escalating to providers as needed.
• Following suicidality protocols, documenting and escalating at‑risk cases promptly.
• Conducting follow‑up outreach after dose adjustments or missed communications.
• Collaborating with prescribing providers, care specialists, and care team managers to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in the TeleJoy system.
• Guiding patients through the Be.Joyous portal and identifying workflow improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Active US Registered Nurse license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PHQ‑9, GAD‑7, PCL‑5, AUDIT, DAST, and C‑SSRS assessments.
• Experience using Kustomer inbox for patient communication.
• Familiarity with TeleJoy clinical documentation system.
• Ability to navigate the Be.Joyous patient portal.
