Unit Manager

About the role

The Unit Manager will lead a team of financial advisors in Manila, combining on‑site presence with flexible work‑from‑home days. This full‑time position focuses on coaching, performance management, and driving sales results while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of financial advisors to achieve sales and service targets.
• Set clear goals, monitor key performance metrics, and conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Support advisors during client meetings and drive customer‑focused sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal partners to optimize business results and implement business plans.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies and promote an inclusive team culture.

Required profile

• Proven team leadership and people‑management experience, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.
• Strong sales, business development, and relationship‑management background.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to understand client needs.
• Analytical, planning, and organizational skills for target setting and results monitoring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience leading a sales or advisory team; exposure to insurance or investment products is a plus.
• Professional certifications in financial planning or insurance are advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
