About the role

Nothing is building a design‑led consumer technology brand in the Philippines and seeks a dynamic Country Director to lead the market launch. You will be responsible for shaping the local strategy, driving growth, and establishing a high‑performing team that delivers tangible results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive market growth strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Assume full P&L responsibility from day one, balancing rapid expansion with fiscal discipline.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a results‑focused team.
• Oversee operational excellence, including logistics, customer experience, and retail rollout.
• Secure and manage strategic partnerships with retail partners and distributors.
• Represent Nothing with regulatory bodies and local stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Gather real‑time market insights from the Filipino community to refine the approach.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer technology or high‑growth lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling brands in the Philippines.
• Strong ownership mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communicator in both British English and Tagalog.
• Deep understanding of cultural and technological trends influencing the younger generation.
• Preference for direct action and clear decision‑making over corporate jargon.
