Travel Reservation Agent – Entry Level (No Experience Required)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Travel Reservation Agents to join our customer service team. In this entry-level position you will assist clients with flight, hotel and travel inquiries, ensuring smooth bookings and delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle travel-related inquiries via phone, email or chat.
• Assist clients with bookings, modifications, or cancellations.
• Provide accurate information on travel options, schedules and promotions.
• Record all interactions and keep documentation up-to-date.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors.
• Meet service quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• High school or senior high school graduate.
• Excellent English communication and strong attention to detail.
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, onsite in Metro Manila.
