Travel & Hospitality Representative – Entry Level

About the role

We are expanding our Travel and Hospitality account and need energetic, customer‑focused individuals to join our team. As a Travel & Hospitality Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for international clients, handling inquiries, bookings, and support for hotels, flights, tours, and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general questions.
• Provide accurate information on hotel reservations, flight details, tour packages, and other travel‑related concerns.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting booking issues and propose alternative solutions.
• Document all customer interactions in the system with precision.
• Upsell travel packages, hotel upgrades, and additional services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues efficiently while meeting service level agreements.

Required profile

• High School or Senior High School graduate (college education is a plus).
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• No prior call‑center experience required; fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome.
• Customer‑service orientation, patience, and willingness to work onsite in Alabang on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Immediate availability or ability to start within the hiring period.
