Trading Educator (Live Sessions & Onboarding)

About the role

We are seeking a charismatic Trading Educator to lead live trading sessions, onboarding, and ongoing education within our proprietary trading firm. The ideal candidate blends market expertise with the ability to engage and simplify complex concepts for traders at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Host live trading breakdowns, market analysis, and Q&A sessions on platforms such as Discord, Zoom, YouTube, or Twitter Spaces.
• Conduct onboarding workshops, clearly explaining firm rules, evaluation structures, and performance expectations.
• Develop and deliver recurring educational series, webinars, and workshops covering risk management, consistency, futures/crypto trading, psychology, and strategy analysis.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content clips and social media material that reinforce the firm’s educational identity.
• Create structured learning materials on market structure, liquidity, order flow, and price action.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of futures and/or crypto trading.
• Comfortable speaking live on Discord, Zoom, YouTube, or Twitter Spaces.
• Proven ability to teach beginner and intermediate traders.
• Experience with market structure, liquidity concepts, risk management, and trading psychology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consistent professional online presence.
