Telehealth US Registered Nurse (RN) – Remote Contractor

About the role

We are seeking a US‑licensed Registered Nurse to join a telehealth team providing high‑quality clinical support and treatment monitoring. You will interact with patients remotely, answer clinical questions, and ensure adherence to prescribed therapies while collaborating with prescribing providers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to patient clinical inquiries via messaging platforms and inboxes.
• Provide medication guidance within scope of practice, including side‑effects and dosing.
• Conduct standardized patient assessments and flag clinical concerns.
• Track patient progress, treatment adherence, and symptom updates.
• Escalate high‑risk or urgent issues according to safety protocols.
• Follow up with patients after medication adjustments or treatment milestones.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with prescribing providers and care team members to coordinate care.
• Document all interactions accurately in the electronic health record.
• Assist patients with navigating the patient portal and telehealth system.

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the United States (Compact Nursing License eligible states listed).
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to assess patient concerns, prioritize, and escalate when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with web‑based platforms.
• Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Familiarity with telehealth communication tools.
