About the role
The Technical Assistant supports the Field Operations Team in Quezon City, ensuring smooth internal and external communication, coordination of partnerships, and administrative processes that enable the organization to serve vulnerable children effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Provide management support to the Operations Manager and Field Operations staff.
- Coordinate external and internal relationships, networks and partnerships, facilitating the flow of information.
- Gather and prepare documents, briefs, and data for planning, research, proposal development and donor engagement.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence and logistical arrangements for critical field events.
- Participate in networking, monitoring, evaluation and planning activities for new programs and projects.
- Support emergency response efforts as part of the Response Team when required.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and communication abilities to manage multiple relationships and information streams.
- Experience in administrative support within a field‑office or humanitarian context.
- Commitment to the organization’s Christian values and ability to model integrity and maturity.
- Flexibility to join emergency response teams and adapt to changing priorities.
Required skills
- Information management and document preparation.
- Report writing and data summarization.
- Coordination of schedules and events.
- Basic understanding of partnership and donor relations processes.
