Tax and Compliance Manager

About the role

The Tax and Compliance Manager will oversee tax compliance and management for AboitizPower’s renewable assets, including run‑of‑river, solar and wind projects. The role ensures statutory and regulatory compliance, supports debt covenant adherence, and contributes to the company’s sustainability mission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tax accounting, compliance, and reporting for renewable energy assets.
• Lead tax audits, assessments, and claims management.
• Oversee loan compliance and ensure adherence to debt covenants.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks across the business.
• Provide tax education, planning, and advisory services to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate tax-related documentation and administration with other departments and business units.

Required profile

• Capacity to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
