Systems Support Administrator

About the role

The Systems Support Administrator will act as the subject‑matter expert for our Pronto ERP solution and other proprietary business systems. You will ensure system stability, reliability, and security while supporting business users across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Pronto ERP system, handling configuration, customization, and maintenance of modules.
• Collaborate with end‑users, stakeholders, and IT teams to document requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct regular audits to identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform configuration and business‑process testing, managing custom fields, forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user roles.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Work closely with finance teams to understand reporting and transactional needs and configure finance modules such as AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting.
• Recommend and implement solutions that enhance system capabilities and overall business performance.
• Share knowledge with the Project Support Team to foster continuous learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering ERP systems, preferably Pronto ERP.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to address both routine and complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with business users and technical teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining system security and data integrity.
