AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer – Alabang

About the role

We are looking for an AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud Foundations team in Alabang. The role focuses on building, maintaining and evolving cloud‑native infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and supporting production workloads on AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement standard solutions on AWS using Terraform and CloudFormation for networking, patching, backup, policies and access control.
• Maintain and upgrade existing IaC stacks, migrate legacy infrastructure and adopt new tool releases.
• Monitor cloud environments, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot day‑2 issues including security findings, portal access and performance thresholds.
• Provide user support for access management, MFA, key management and ensure compliance with security best practices.
• Create and keep runbooks, support documentation and follow ITIL processes for change, incident, problem and configuration management.
• Collaborate with product owners and development teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services and production cloud workloads.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of networking and security concepts (VPC, routing, firewalls, VPN, TCP/IP, security groups, anti‑virus, risk remediation).
