Supply Planner

About the role

GrowSari is a tech‑enabled B2B platform supporting over 50,000 sari‑sari stores across the Philippines. The Central Hub (CH) Supply Planner is responsible for planning and managing inbound deliveries from suppliers to the CH, ensuring that stock levels are sufficient to support downstream replenishment to Mini Fulfillment Centers (MFCs). This role works closely with Order Management planners, Vendor Management, and Warehouse Operations to maintain inventory health and timely vendor deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure CH stock levels remain healthy to support replenishment to MFCs.
• Monitor inventory days and flag risks of overstock, stockout, or near‑expiry exposure.
• Recommend forced allocation and stock redistribution actions in coordination with the Supply Planning Manager and OM Planners.
• Create and manage daily and weekly inbound delivery schedules for the assigned CH.
• Align vendor deliveries with CH capacity, warehouse constraints, and operational readiness.
• Track vendor fill‑rate performance for inbound deliveries and identify root causes of misses.
• Provide accurate data to the Vendor Management Lead for supplier scorecards and reviews.
• Collaborate with OM Planners to align vendor deliveries with forecasted demand.
• Coordinate with the Commercial team on new product availability to ensure on‑time launch in MFCs.
• Escalate persistent delivery issues to Vendor Management and Commercial leads for resolution.
• Work with Warehouse Operations to manage space, unloading priorities, and receiving bottlenecks.
