About the role

The company EIA21 is looking for four highly‑qualified Electrical Commissioning Supervisors to join a 12‑month project. The role involves leading, coordinating and ensuring the successful execution of manufacturing, assembly and commissioning activities for electrical and electronic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily field work of operators and technicians during fabrication, assembly and commissioning phases.
• Control quality and inspect that all electrical/electronic components and systems comply with drawings, technical specifications and applicable regulations.
• Lead commissioning tests, promptly identify and resolve any deviations.
• Enforce strict adherence to industrial safety and health protocols for all personnel.
• Prepare progress reports and technical documentation reflecting project status.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in supervision, commissioning or inspection of electrical/electronic projects.
• Technical or engineering degree in electrical, electronics, automation or a related field.
• Strong leadership, on‑site decision‑making and results‑orientation.
