Electromechanical Supervisor (2 positions)

About the role

We are expanding our team for a 12‑month project and need two experienced Electromechanical Supervisors. The role involves leading field teams in the fabrication, assembly and inspection of integrated mechanical and electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct daily work of operators and technicians during manufacturing, assembly and installation of electromechanical components.
• Ensure all integrated systems meet drawings, technical specifications and current regulations.
• Support and validate functional tests, identify anomalies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Enforce strict compliance with industrial safety and risk‑prevention protocols.
• Prepare progress reports, material control documents and technical documentation on project status.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in supervision, assembly or inspection of electromechanical systems.
• Technical or engineering degree in electromechanics, mechanical, electrical or related fields.
• Strong leadership ability and problem‑solving skills in the field.

Required skills

• Advanced interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Quality inspection of electromechanical systems.
• Testing and commissioning of electromechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of safety and health protocols for industrial environments.
