About the role
The Studio Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, guests, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. This role combines front‑desk duties with basic administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, guests, and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and promptly respond to client inquiries.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other customer concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the reception area.
- Handle client records, forms, and basic administrative documentation.
- Receive payments and issue official receipts as required.
- Coordinate with staff and the Area Manager regarding schedules and client concerns.
- Monitor, update, and maintain daily appointment logs and reports.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic numeracy for processing payments and receipts.
