Sr. Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with hiring managers and business units to attract, assess and secure top talent for Home Credit Philippines. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full‑cycle recruitment support for all business units, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Design and execute selection processes, including competency assessments and interview coordination.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned vacancies and manage interview logistics.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using web sourcing, Boolean searches, referrals and social networking.
• Maintain detailed interview notes and candidate data in the ATS.
• Partner with stakeholders and HR partners on selection decisions and offer discussions.
• Prepare weekly management reports and contribute to internal process improvement projects.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with excellent negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Solid business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques.
• Web sourcing and social networking for candidate outreach.
