Site Manager – Large‑Scale Solar PV Project (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the execution of a large‑scale solar photovoltaic (PV) project in the United Arab Emirates. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement through construction and commissioning, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of the utility‑scale solar PV project, from planning to commissioning.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) teams to meet schedule milestones.
• Manage project budgets, resources and contractual obligations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities to secure approvals and ensure compliance.
• Oversee site mobilization, civil works, structural installations and electrical integration.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors and on‑site teams, monitoring progress and quality.
• Ensure adherence to HSE, QA/QC and environmental standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments and financial updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of construction project management experience, including at least 5 years on solar PV projects.
• Proven track record delivering utility‑scale solar projects in the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, solar technologies and grid integration.
