Service Engineer – Preventive Maintenance (Auxiliary Systems)

About the role

The Service Engineer will be responsible for delivering preventive and corrective maintenance for auxiliary systems across client sites in Cagayan. This role involves hands‑on field work, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring minimal downtime for critical technical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on technical and auxiliary equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on‑site.
• Travel to client locations daily to provide support and resolve emergencies.
• Implement solutions that reduce equipment downtime and improve reliability.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on proper operation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inventory of spare parts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service processes and feed back client insights to product development.

Required profile

• Graduate of BS Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Electronics/Electrical Technology.
• At least 1 year of experience in preventive maintenance of auxiliary systems.
• Familiarity with configuration, estimating, and troubleshooting of auxiliary equipment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in the field daily.
