Senior Team Lead - Invoice to Cash

About the role

The Senior Team Lead – Invoice to Cash will own the full reporting lifecycle for the finance function, ensuring data quality, compliance and actionable insights for senior stakeholders. This role combines strategic reporting, team leadership and process automation within Johnson & Johnson’s finance organization in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end reporting lifecycle (daily, monthly, quarterly, annual) ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
• Maintain reporting standards, documentation and compliance with internal controls, audit and regulatory requirements (SOX, CECL).
• Lead and develop a team of reporting analysts, allocate work, drive accountability and provide training on reporting tools and data interpretation.
• Serve as primary contact for Finance, Operations, Credit, Audit and business stakeholders, translating requirements into standardized outputs and explaining trends and variances.
• Drive process standardisation and automation, identifying opportunities to move manual reports to BI tools and governed solutions.
• Review data for trends, anomalies and insights, partnering with analytics teams to evolve dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial reporting, finance operations, analytics or shared services.
• Proven experience leading reporting teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
