Senior Project Manager

About the role

Globe is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross‑functional, end‑to‑end programs that span network infrastructure, technical platforms, system enhancements, and operational readiness. The role blends program leadership, deep technical understanding, and operational excellence to deliver strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and scope programs by leading discovery sessions, converting ambiguous problems into structured objectives, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Network Operations, IT, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Vendor Partners, PMO, and business stakeholders to align requirements and manage risks.
• Build and manage integrated program plans covering design, development, testing, deployment, and operations readiness.
• Facilitate technical working groups, daily syncs, sponsor updates, and risk reviews to keep workstreams on the critical path.
• Identify blockers early, drive mitigation plans, enforce change control, and maintain decision logs.
• Oversee execution, including technical build, migration, cutover, rollbacks, and site‑level readiness, and manage go/no‑go decisions.
• Ensure operational readiness by updating SOPs, tools, training, and monitoring dashboards for Network Operations and Support teams.
• Track KPIs such as network performance, service availability, cost efficiency, and deployment time to validate benefit realization.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading complex, cross‑functional programs in telecom or network environments.
• Strong understanding of network and system architecture, protocols, and integration dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive alignment across technical and business teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk, issue, and change processes throughout the program lifecycle.
