Junior Brand Manager – Postpaid & Digital Campaigns

About the role
The Junior Brand Manager will drive digital and ATL campaigns for Smart’s content partners, the Smart App, and postpaid signature offerings. You will shape brand presence, ensure consistency across all touchpoints, and support the launch of network innovations such as 5G.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication plans and marketing mix for the Smart App, partners (e.g., Gig, NBA, Lionsgate), Smart 5G and other network initiatives.
- Lead integrated marketing communications (IMC) planning, coordinating internal and external teams to meet timelines and strategic goals.
- Brief and manage cross‑functional partners to deliver campaign assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Monitor brand health and consumer research, collaborating with media, advertising and analytics teams to define performance metrics.
- Ensure all postpaid and Smart Signature campaigns adhere to established branding standards.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Integrated Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 5‑7 years of experience in brand management, marketing or business management.
- Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
