Senior Project Coordinator

About the role

3Cloud is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to drive seamless delivery of Azure‑focused engagements for US and Philippines clients. You will act as the central hub between internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring projects are on schedule, within budget, and aligned with service delivery agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple client engagements simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Liaise between internal team members and US client teams to maintain clear communication.
• Maintain and update engagement forecasts, monitor compliance, and escalate issues to Portfolio Management.
• Track engagement spend, schedule regular check‑ins, and produce status reports.
• Create and facilitate onboarding, execution, and close‑out checklists for each project.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in team coordination and project support.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and collaborate on process improvements.
