IT Support Specialist (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

Ovation Law Firm is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide end‑to‑end technology support for its remote‑first workforce. The role blends frontline user assistance with system and access administration, ensuring productivity, security, and seamless connectivity across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver responsive remote IT support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Access user computers remotely to troubleshoot efficiently and manage support tickets through completion.
• Provision and de‑provision user accounts, handling onboarding and offboarding in coordination with HR and Operations.
• Administer core systems such as Google Workspace, RingCentral, HubSpot, BambooHR, Filevine, and Aloware.
• Lead identity and access management using Okta, configuring SAML‑based SSO, managing MFA, user groups, policies, and lifecycle workflows.
• Document common issues, maintain SOPs, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong technical fundamentals with a focus on security and compliance.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Attention to detail and disciplined operational approach.

Required skills

• Google Workspace administration
• Okta identity management and SAML/SSO integration
• Remote troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues
• Experience with RingCentral, HubSpot, BambooHR, Filevine, Aloware
• Multi‑factor authentication (MFA) configuration
