Senior Procurement Officer

About the role

GoTeam is looking for a Senior Procurement Officer to own internal procurement for its Cebu office. You will source laptops, headsets, ergonomic chairs, branded merchandise and gifting kits, supporting new‑hire onboarding, executive travel and remote‑team connectivity across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Source and purchase equipment and office essentials, negotiate bulk discounts and manage supplier contracts.
• Maintain the approved vendor list, track performance, cost and delivery SLAs.
• Coordinate inventory for hybrid and remote kits in partnership with HR and IT.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives through vendor consolidation and improved payment terms.
• Manage executive‑level procurement, including travel‑related materials and international gifting.
• Oversee international courier and logistics workflows for destinations such as Dubai, London and Singapore.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing or a comparable buying role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or a related field (preferred).
• Willingness to work onsite at Cebu IT Park, day shift 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Supervisory or managerial experience in procurement or supply chain is a strong signal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement or purchasing software (e.g., ClickUp, Zoho or equivalent).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for cost analysis and reporting.
