Senior Layout Designer

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a Senior Layout Designer to join its Sustainable Automation team. The role focuses on delivering section‑level analog and mixed‑signal IC layouts for industrial automation solutions, from floorplanning through verification.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle section‑level or moderately complex IC layout projects.
• Develop layouts from floorplan creation to post‑simulation updates and final verification.
• Ensure designs meet all specifications, quality standards, and layout best practices.
• Conduct layout reviews and perform self‑checks for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with analog designers, digital implementation teams, and assembly groups to ensure proper integration.
• Prioritize tasks, manage workload, and deliver outputs on schedule.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in section‑level IC layout design.
• Experience with top‑level or chip‑level layouts is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout principles, cross‑section analysis, and IC reliability.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
